She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Shaughnessy; her parents, John and Mildred; and her siblings, Lorraine Zillie (Daryl) and Jack Thomas.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Kennedy (Mark); her grandchildren, Bryan Shaughnessy, Kelly Sheehan (Jason), Courtney Kotloski (Jon), Daniel Shaughnessy (Jennifer), Ashley Kennedy, Leigha Marsh (Seth) and Jack Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Jack, Patrick, James, Kate, Matthew, Mae and Sean; her sister-in-law Marilyn Thomas; and her nieces, Laura Saylor, Kimberly Saka (Brian) and Kerri Cardamone (Sal).
