He was predeceased by: his parents, Elpidio Sotelo and Victoria Delgado; and his sons, Dagoberto (Vanessa) and Edgar Daniel (Carmen). He is survived by: his wife Raquel; his children, Fernando, Arminda (Alberto), Abel Cesar, Chely (Jose) and Mari; his great grandchildren, Damien and Kamila Maria; and his siblings, Ricardo (Alicia), Irma (Antonio) and Elsa (Lorenzo). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
