He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Frankel and Mathilde Frankel (Sewelson); his children, Karen Frankel Seiter (Henry) of Urbana, Kenneth Frankel (Zsanett York) of Issaquah, WA and David Frankel (Karl Brown) of St. George, UT; and his grandsons, Israel Seiter, Stephen Seiter and Joshua Seiter. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren; and seven nieces and nephews.
