Jerome Seremak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerome Seremak of Berkeley, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Seremak and Antonina Seremak; his wife Johanna; and his siblings, Genevieve Smosna, Laura Klas, Dorothy Rataj, Mary Wlodcarczyk and Ted Seremak.
He is survived by: his children, Jerome Jr., Jeralyn Sorensen (Bob Mazzone) and Jeff (Jackie); his grandchildren, Paul Sorensen (Melainie Chow), Daniel Sorensen (Abby), Heidi Seremak, Joshua Seremak, Jerome Seremak III and Jacob Seremak; and also Gladys Loeffler (Rudy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home & Cemetery (17W201 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181). A prayer will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home (17W201 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
