He was loved and cherished by many people including : his son James A. Ippolito Jr. Loving; his father Arthur; his siblings, Nancy Ippolito and Arthur Ippolito (Lori); his niece Lucia; and his nephews, Nicholas and Anthony.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A burial was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
