He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Lowery and Elizabeth Lowery (Taylor); his granddaughter Brooke Kalaher; his uncle Clarence "Red" (Kathleen Lowery); his aunt Helen Franko; and his cousin C. C. Lowery.
He is survived by: his children, John Lowery (Noel) of Locust Grove and Nicole Lowery of Benton, Illinois; his stepsons, Steve Kalaher of Thompsonville and Todd Kalaher (Dana) of West Frankfort, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ashley Lowery, Jack Lowery, Katelyn Lowery, Cody Kalaher, Kyle Kalaher, Emily Kalaher and Alecia Kalaher; his uncle Charles Taylor; his cousins, Lynn Alligood, Cindy Lowery and Rob Lowery; his close friend Leslie Odom; and his friends, Steve and Mark. He is also survived by several other cousins and many more friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions in memory of Bill, may be made to the American Cancer Society.
