He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Essary and Eva Essary (Hammers); and his son Vance Essary. He is survived by: his wife Earline Essary; his daughter Vanessa Burlison (Raymond); his siblings, Edward Essary (Elaine), Violet Adams (Bob) and Sue McGraw (Ron); his brother-in-law Ed Wall; his friend Andrew Atchison; and his grandchildren, Ramie Jr. and Sayler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
