Campbell (Foster) of Benton, IL; and his siblings, Scott Campbell of Johnston City, IL, Nancy Stowers of Benton, IL, Vickie Shriver of South Dakota and Cindy Ratcliff of Painesville, OH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
