With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Murphy of Benton, Illinois, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Murphy and Ruby Murphy. He is survived by: his son Matt Murphy (Becca Brock) of Zeigler; his close friend Clara Lewis; and his grandsons, Hunter Bagley of Benton and Tucker Brock of Zeigler. He is also survived by six brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
