He was predeceased by: his parents, James Glover and Jamima Glover (Irby); and his half-siblings, Jimmy, Jack Glover and Peggy Glover.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Hottensen); his children, Amanda Rone (Jason) and Daniel Glover (Marci); his grandchildren, Keegan and Kinley Glover; his sisters, Dixie Simmons and Janetta Marteney; his siblings-in-law, Francis Glover, Terry, Carla Crisp, Jack and Cathie Potts; and his pet Coco Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many great friends.
Memorial donations in memory of Richard can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Veterans Honor Flight of Southern Illinois.
