He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Sullivan and Bertha Sullivan (Gunter). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Sullivan of Benton; his children, Britney Mocaby (Bryan) of Benton and Hunter Sullivan (Alayna Nelson) of Marion; his grandchildren, Colton Sullivan, Zaden Mocaby, Creek Mocaby and Zalei Mocaby; his siblings, Brenda Houseworth, Debbie King, Sandy Bright, Lora Loucks, Cecil Sullivan, Melvin Sullivan and Bert Sullivan; and his grand-puppy Pepper.
