With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margey Piper of Benton, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Lovitt and Louise Lovitt (Rucker); her husband Theodore "Ted" Piper; her son-in-law Larry Beaty; her grandchildren, Beth and Adam; and her siblings, Mary Wall, Martha Quinlon and Clifford Lovitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Vowels of Harrisburg, Cheri Beaty of Benton and Theresa Glover (John) of Naperville; her grandchildren, Tracy Norris (Brian) of Benton, Wes Beaty (Jessica) of Christopher, Nathan Beaty (Katrina) of Ewing and Eric Glover of Naperville; and her great grandchildren, Isaac, Olivia, Caleb, Logan, Aiden, Trevor and Trace.
