It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Henry Hutchens of Benton, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hutchens and Alice Hutchens (Moss); his siblings, Raymond L. Hutchins (Jaunita), H. Eugene Hutchins (Dora Lee), Robert "Bob" Hutchens (Mary) and Ethel Gunter (Jack); and his brothers-in-law, James Pinson (Emmie), Robert Pinson (Dorothy) and John Pinson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Pinson of Benton; his children, Lisa Irvin (Richard) of Belle Rive, IL and Drs; his grandchildren, Will Beaty (Tereon) of Texas, Wyatt Beaty, Celia Beaty of Benton, IL, Dr. Megan Bejtullahu (Lumbardh) of New Jersey, Samuel Hutchens of Scotland, Grant Nolen (Julie) of California, Gavin Nolen (Madaline) of Benton, IL and Emily Culbreth (Nick) of Macedonia, IL; his great grandchildren, Beni George Bejtullahu, Osceola Nolen, Hazel Anne Nolen, Jack Nolen, Calvin Culbreth and Archer Culbreth; his sister-in-law Ola Dalby (Don) of Benton; and his friend Kenneth Hungate of Benton, IL..
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Immanuel Baptist Church, and will be accepted on Saturday at the services, or may be mailed to the Leffler Funeral Home, 401 East Main Street, Benton, Illinois 62812.
