He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Augustine and Josephine Augustine (Sweda); his wife Theresa (Radetski); and his son Ronald Augustine (MaryEllen). He is survived by: his children, Shirley Arch (James), David (late Brenda) and Eugene; his grandchildren, Matthew Arch (Adrianna), Melissa Olson (Stanley Komperda), Michael Arch (Jennifer), Michelle Kusel (Brian), JoEllen Mau (Josh), Adam Augustine (Bethany), Brianne Mann (Scott) and Catherine Traverski (David); and his great grandchildren, Patrick, Kaylin, Alexis, Gabriella, Andrew, Joseph, Nicholas, Logan, Eli, Connor, Evelyn, Kinsley, Talia, Hannah and Wilder.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hursen Funeral Home & Crematory (4001 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A prayer will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Domitilla Church (4940 Washington St, Hillside, IL 60162). An entombment will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
