She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Noel Phillips and Blanche Mary Phillips (Tate); her husband Robert Dennis Wiseman; and her siblings, Harvey Noel Phillips, Jr., Neva Lavern Phillips, Mary Idalene Rone, Elsie Lou Cockrum, Robert Carter Phillips, Julia Faye Hathcoat, Linda Sue Phillips, Nora Fern Huffine, Harvey Noel "Jay" Phillips, William James Phillips, Lola Mae Burchell, Harvey Carl Phillips and Charles Lynn Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franklin County Animal Shelter; and will be accepted at the funeral home.
