He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle McCoy-Kent and Beatrice McCoy-Kent (Page); his wife Barbara Rusher; his siblings, Dora McClintock and Ed McCoy; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Hines and Clinton McClintock.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew McCoy of Benton, IL and Jennifer Huie of Sesser, IL; his granddaughter Rylin Huie; his sisters, Margaret Hines of Mt. Vernon, IL and Helen Rusher (Jim) of Sesser, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Rusher (Gail) of Owensville, IN, Steve Rusher (Tara) of Evansville, IN, Jean McCoy of Effingham, IL, Christy Davenport (Jim) of Henderson, KY and Kathy Rusher of Benton, IL..
Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project and will be accepted at the funeral home.
