He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl DeWitt and Vonie DeWitt; his brother Bernie; and his sister-in-law Sherrie DeWitt. He is survived by: his children, Chris and Kelly DeWitt; his grandchildren, Jared Watson, Beth DeWitt (Liz Idzakovich), Jenny (Chris Lindsay), Caitlyn (Nick Stallons) and Adrianna Watson (Will Bixby); and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Eliot Lindsay.
