It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Everett Lee Tabor of Benton, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Everett Lee Tabor to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Tabor and Blanche Tabor (Edwards); his son Keith Tabor; and his siblings, Joyce Tabor, Marcella Felton, Jenita Punchard, Harry Joe and Charlie Tabor.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Tabor; his children, Kent Tabor, Melanie Norman (Tim) and Kathy Miller (Mark); and his grandchildren, Reggie Norman (Alyssa), Leah Bailey, Jake Tabor, Chelsea Bailey (Gunner), Natasha Dolan (Mike), Nathan Shurtz, Nick Tabor (Lindsey), Mitchell Bahr and Nick Carter. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (516 N Main St, Benton, IL 62812). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Bearing Precious Seed Ministry in Milford, Ohio.
