It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy David Hammond II (Benton, Illinois), who passed away on October 16, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his uncle Timmy Hammond; his aunt Gloria Hanner; and his pets, Petey, Dugan and Babydoll.
He is survived by: his parents, Billy David Hammond, Sr. and Betty J. Hammond (Lingo); his children, Billy David Hammond, III of Benton, IL and Olivia Rutland of Benton, IL; his brother Tommy Joe Hammond of Benton, IL; his grandson Bentley; and his fiancée Clara Poe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to Franklin County Second Chance Rescue and will be accepted at the funeral home.
