He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Malkovich and Phyllis Malkovich; his wife Diana Malkovich (Pierson); and his siblings, Jan Williams and Michael Malkovich.
He is survived by: his brothers, John Victor Malkovich (Tracey), Mark Malkovich (Apryl) and Tom Malkovich (Eileen); and his siblings-in-law, Guy Williams, Rick Pierson and Gayla Bradshaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Benton Ministerial Alliance; and will be accepted at the funeral home.
