She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbett Owens and Willie Owens (DeVore); her husband James D. Gunter; and her brother Earl Ownes. She is survived by: her daughters, Gay L. Nutty (Michael) and Shelia K. Simion (Lane); her grandchildren, Jayme Tubbs (Brandon) and Taz Simion; and her great grandchild Emily Tubbs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
