He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Parr and June Parr; his wife Christy Salmon of Benson; his children, Jon Salmon (Kim) of Metamora, Carrie Nelson (late Jeff) of Washington, Katie Roger (Byron) of Huntington, MD and Molly Salmon (Christian Meredith) of Washington; and his sisters, Bonnie Thompson of Pekin and Kathy Manz (Rick) of Pekin. He was also cherished by loving nieces, cousins, and longtime friends.
