He is survived by: his parents, Richard Haines and Marie Snyder Haines of Kirksville, MO; his children, Adam Haines (Ashley) of East Peoria, Morgan Haines of Eureka and Logan Haines (Telayna) of Jacksonville, N. C.; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Haines and Raymond Haines; his son Jett Weer; and his brother Christopher Haines of Hereford, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Benson Ambulance.
