He was predeceased by: his parents, Savino Falco and Anna Falco; his grandchildren, Tiarra and Jaime; and his siblings, Celeste (Rocco) and Rocco (Teresa).

He is survived by: his wife Susan Falco; his children, Savino (Sam), Nick Falco, Jr. (Jennifer), Mary Marchese (Nick) and Anthony Falco (Tina); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Cesar), Ashley, Jessica, Jenna, Myranda, Nikko, Capri, Nick, Gerardo, Jordan, Nicky, Sergio and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Giabella, Nicca and Aurora; and his siblings, Mike (Sandy), Betty (Cal), Janet (Peter) and Joe (Donna).
