She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Phelan; and her siblings, Ernest Griesemer (June) and Lori Majerowicz (Chester). She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Phelan (Susan) and Kevin Phelan (Julie); her grandchildren, Kelly Ehrhardt (Andy), Kenny Phelan (Samantha), Sean Phelan, Rachel Phelan, Jacob Canine and Josh Canine; and her great grandchild Camden Ehrhardt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
