He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Freitag; his wife Elaine E. Freitag; his brothers, Arthur Freitag and Edward Freitag; his sister-in-law Dolores Little; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Freitag (Anita), Terry Freitag and Keith Freitag.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Lenore Meyer (Hank); his children, Cindy Snyder (Jay) and Ronald Freitag (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Snyder (Eric Kauffman), Heather Petersen (Adam), Bradley Snyder (Kerri), Jason Snyder (Mary NeCastro), Cory Freitag and Cody Freitag (Urmilla Banerjee); his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Daniel Petersen, Mikayla and Delilah Snyder; his stepgrandchildren, Ashton and Cole Kauffman; and his nephews, Al Freitag (Barb), Steve Freitag (Pat) and Scott Freitag.
