She was predeceased by: her grandfather John Urquhart. She is survived by: her parents, John C. Urquhart and Tiffany Urquhart; her sisters, Christina Domino and Kelly Urquhart; her grandparents, Jim Domino, Lillian Domino and Pamela Urquhart; and her pet Kain.
