She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Davis and Florence Davis (Drummonds); her granddaughter Allison Budwell; her great grandchildren, Taylor Diane Agney and Hannah Rose Agney; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Hammond; and her siblings, Dorothy Hatley and Donald Sutherland.
She is survived by: her husband David Lee Hammond; her children, Debra Mott of Mt. Olive, Linda Hammond (John Ruhmann) of Livingston, David Scott Hammond (Bernice) of Batchtown and Damian Allen Hammond of Glen Carbon; her grandchildren, Jennifer Maloney (Brian), Marcia Agney (Billy), Ashton Hammond, Abby Hammond, Dylan Hammond (Courtney), Madison Hammond and Jacob Hammond; and her siblings, Juanita James of Glen Carbon and Raymond Davis of Granite City. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel of Glen Carbon (591 Glen Crossing Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
