He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mendenhall and Lorraine Mendenhall (Swidde); and his siblings, James and Beulah. He is survived by: his wife Gina Mendenhall of Benld, IL; his son Michael J. Mendenhall (Jennifer) of Lake St; his grandchildren, Samantha Mendenhall, Joseph Mendenhall and Amanda Mendenhall; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Calcari (Linda), John, Christopher Calcari and Teresa Sample (Danny).
