She was predeceased by: her parents, Wick Seeba and Clara Miller Seeba; her husband James E Cox, Sr.; her daughter Debbie Waugh; and her siblings, Wick, Loretta and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jimbo" Cox Jr. (Linda) of Mount Olive, IL, Rodney Cox (Tammy) of Mt. Olive, IL and Chrissy Cox (Many) of Benld, IL. She is also survived by Many Grandchildren and Great grandchildren.
