She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Rose Pollard and Eva Reener; and her sister Pamela Sue Barrero. She is survived by: her parents, Delores Marie Adams (Horn) of Litchfield and Richard Adams; her father-in-law Harold E. Pratt of East Alton; her children, Travis Blevins (Tonya) of Pocahontas, IL and Angela Titter (Dave) of Belleville, IL; her stepdaughters, Christina Ann Pratt and Jessica Pratt; her siblings, Richard Adams (Lori) of Litchfield and Cathy Chiarodo (David) of Benld; her nieces and nephews, Dawn Alexander, Ashley Adams, Amber Barrero, Pamela Rose Austin (Brian), Jim Chiarodo, Tara Kardis (John), Maggie Eickhoff (Zack) and Brenden Eickhoff; and her grandchildren, Garrett Terry, Mason Terry and Lily Terry.
Due to CDC guidelines, social distancing rules apply and masks will be required.
The family suggests memorials be made to Adopt-A-Pet in Benld.
