He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Charles and Ruth Frieda Slagle, Sr. (Sparks). He is survived by: his wife Reva Slagle of Bement; his children, Charles Slagle of Frankfort, IL and Karrie Slagle of Danville, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica Sepke, Joshua Sepke, Jackson Slagle, Nilan Slagle, Boris Slagle and Hugo Slagle; his great grandchildren, Peyton Alblinger and Easton Sepke; his brother Gene Slagle (Diane); his siblings-in-law, Randy Nelsen (Eva), Judy Chapman, Jody Burns (Ron) and Karen Nelsen; and his son-in-law Dan Sepke (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Open Hearts Foursquare Church or the Tunnels to Towers.
