It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John G. Stiverson of Bement, Illinois, born in Monticello, Illinois, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer F. Stiverson and Rose Stiverson (Whitehouse); and his siblings, Paul, Arnold, Larry and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Stiverson of Bement; and his brothers, Edward Stiverson (Loretta) of Monticello, Max Stiverson of Las Vegas, NV. and Robert Stiverson (Lashawn) of Decatur. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Bement or the American Heart Association.
