He is survived by: his wife Janet Shonkwiler of Bement; his sons, Craig Shonkwiler (Carly) of Saint Joseph and Kent Shonkwiler (Stephanie) of Bement; his grandchildren, Calin, Ellie, Max, Aiden and Sam; and his brother Paul "Dewayne" Shonkwiler (Janice) of Long Creek.
