With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Lyga of Belvidere, Illinois, born in Arcadia, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 28, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lyga and Marion Lyga (Hagenbarth); his daughters, Dawn and Denise Lyga; his siblings, Rosie and Donald; and his niece Susan Ann Bender.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Scott Lyga, Robin Cosner and Chris Lyga; his siblings, George Lyga, Doris Anderson and Maryann Bender; and his grandchildren, Cody, Kyle and Scott Lyga, Jr.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
