She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gordon C., Vera C. Beecham (Butz), Martin F. and Olive Kelley (Leonard); her father Robert F. Kelley, Sr.; her stepfather Edward L. Lowery; and her aunts, Zita Rohr (Kelley), Jean Ryan (Kelley), Audrey A. Pfeuffer (Kelley) and Olive C. Kelley.
She is survived by: her mother Janet C. Kelley (Beecham); her children, Benjamin P. Kelley (Sara), Jana M. Ring (Tim) and Jordon L. Kelley (Jenny); her grandchildren, Olivia M. Ring, Alyssa E. Kelley, Corbin R. Kelley, Erica N. Kelley and Matthew L. Kiser; her brothers, Robert F. Kelley, Jr., Michael L. Lowery (Sarah) and Martin T. Kelley (Donna); her nieces, Rachel L. Lowery, Hannah J. Lowery and Ashley N. Lowery; her great-nephew Michael J. Risum; her aunts, Beverly J. Taylor (Beecham) and Sherry L. Yonke (Beecham); and her stepsiblings, Pamela C. Gaona (Hillman), Tammy L. McPeak (Coy) and Gregory T. Hillman. She is also survived by ten cousins.
