He was predeceased by: his father Herman Grenberg; his wife Audrey; his mother Katherine Grenberg; and his siblings, Ruth Nelson and Ron Grenberg.

He is survived by: his children, David Grenberg (Carolyn) and Cheryl Hamilton (Karl); his grandchildren, Hilary Dietmeyer, Leanne Toole (Brad) and Josh Hamilton (Candace); and his great grandchildren, River, Bruce, Navy and August.
