She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Votaw and Evelyn Votaw (Thompson); her siblings, Betty Rivett, Butch Oleson, Ray Lynn Votaw and Rosie Wilcox; and her son Michael Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee, Kevin Lee (Penny), Tim Lee (Kim) and Vicky Buhl (Michael); and her grandchildren, Ashley Lee (Bryan Peacock), Adam Lee, Candace Harbers-Lee (Matt Niezgodzki), Dustin Marx, Jessica McIntyre, Melissa Lee, Nicole Daugherty (Michael), Kelli Mota (Jesse), Chad Lee (Amy), Corey Lee (Danielle), Chelsey McSweeney (Daniel), Makenzie Kosar, Greg Buhl (Erin), Brandon Buhl (Brittany) and Tim Buhl (Jennifer). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in the family's name.
