He was predeceased by: his former wife Gloria; his sister Sharlet; and also, Howard and Everett. He is survived by: his children, Shelia Stewart (David), Scottie Johnson (Connie), Sandra Wahler (Mark) and Stewart Johnson (Lynn); and his former wife Nancy Johanningsmeier-Hollingsworth.
