He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Clay (Laura), Rose, Dennis (Tammy) and David; his grandchildren, Alyssa (Michael), Grant, Jackie (Alex), Kaitlyn (Eric), Rob (Rocio), Dylan, Ryan, Nicole (Star), Ashley and DJ (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Aiden, Ryleigh and Theodore; his nieces, Cindy (Scott) and Bonnie (Dale); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica, Heather, Drew and Corey.
