He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Sass and Darlene Karvelius (Edwin); his grandchildren, Brian Sass (Becky), Elizabeth Sass, Julianna Karvelius and Steven Karvelius (Annabell Ren Dai); his great grandchildren, Emily Gilbert and Chance Karvelius; and his sister-in-law Hazel Schultz.
