With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis E. Gallano of Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on May 27, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Drilling and Marie Drilling (Hedworth); her husband Bud; her great grandchild Courtney; and her siblings, John Drilling, William Drilling and Julia Pearce.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen C. Gallano (Mary) of Belvidere, John F. Gallano of Garden Prairie, Deborah Nelson (Ronald) of Capron, Mary Gifford (Timothy) of Belvidere and Jennifer Hazlewood (Dean) of Victoria, TX; her daughter-in-law Gail Pearson; her sister-in-law Hazel Drilling; her niece Sue Drilling; and her close friends, Michelle and Meri. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-three Great Grandchildren, nine Great-Great-Grandchildren.
