It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Roden (Belvidere, Illinois), born in Pecatonica, Illinois, who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bergmann and Leona Bergmann (Martin); her husband George Roden Jr.; her siblings, Bob Bergman and Eleanor Nilsen; and her daughters-in-law, Marilyn Roden and Renita Roden.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Roden (Nancy Knight), Larry Roden, Garry Roden and Teresa Cox (Dan); her grandchildren, Sam Roden and Sarah Roden (Kahdeem Cadet); her sister Mary Lou Bergmann; her sister-in-law Peggy Bergman; and her close friend Tim Smith.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in the family's name.
