She is survived by: her husband Joseph O'Sullivan; her children, Marshall Simonsen (Barbara), Joseph A. O'Sullivan and Erin Jacobson (Dave); her grandchildren, Brittney Larson (Thad), Teyanna Simonsen and Makyah O'Sullivan; and her great grandchildren, Katelynn, Jaden, Logan, Isabella (Izzy) and Matthias. She is also survived by 5 siblings.
