He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Shacklee and Alice Shacklee (Fruith); his wife Leila G. Wood; and his brothers, William "Bud" Shacklee and Charles Shacklee.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Cameron (Russ), Donna McElroy (Jim), Doreen Nemec (Randy) and Don Shacklee (Pam); his grandchildren, Erica Boenzi, Sonya Holman, Brandon Nemec (Briana), Shannon Baraconi (Joe), Amanda Scotellaro (Anthony), Kayla Shacklee (Jay) and Carin Wells (Josh); his great grandchildren, Domonic Holman, Jonathan Boenzi, Lexi Holman, Avorie Nelson, Hudson Scotellaro and Huxley Nemec; and his sister Eva Koltz (Leroy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
