She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth McCoy and Paul McCoy; her sisters, Sharron Ann and Linda Darlene; her grandparents, Nellie, Newt McCoy, Mabel and Martin Collins; her parents-in-law, Jackie and Louie Vettore; her husband Rick; her daughter Courtney Vettore Whalen (Ricky); her granddaughter Sophie May Whalen; her siblings, Billy McCoy (Pat) and Shirley Shott; her nephew Brett McCoy; her godson Brett; and her great-nieces, Taylor and Cheyenne. She was also cherished by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
At the conclusion of Nancy's final charity run (2020) for Pink Heals, the Wolf Pack Social Club blessed her with "Honorary Lifetime Member"of the pack for her strong will, upbeat attitude to "Kick Cancer's Ass.".
