He was predeceased by: his father Michael Joseph Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Kinney (Tetlow); his daughters, Mary Kinney and Rachael Kinney (Sam); his grandchildren, Peter, Nathaniel, Isabelle, Sophiae, Liam, Silas and Mackenzie; his brother Patrick Kinney; and his close friend Joan Ptaszek.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in the family's name.
