She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Haugen and Margaret Haugen (Boll); her husband Fleming W. Flott; and her daughter Margaret Ann "Muffet" Flott. She is survived by: her son William "Billy" Flott.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in the name of Margaret Susan Flott.
