With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynell Carter of Belvidere, Illinois, born in Evansville, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 2, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Powers and Helen Powers (Griffith); and her daughter Amanda Carter. She is survived by: her husband Bill Carter; her son Joel Carter; and her siblings, Larry Powers (Sharon), Sandra Little (Dan), Susan Berkowitz, Tom Powers and Ted Powers (Sandy).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Belvidere Kingdom Hall.
