Les E. Banks Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2023, at the age of 84, Les E. Banks of Belvidere, Illinois, born in Cherry Valley, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Banks and Ethel Banks (Schoonmaker); his wife Jean M. Schalla; his daughter Patty Banks; and his siblings, Benita Yunek and Stanley Banks.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Banks, Jay Leonard (Linda), Scott Banks, Gay Leonard (George), Rhonda Newton (Lonnie), Frank Banks (Mary Beth), Jody Leonard (Ronda) and Raymond Banks; and his brother Dwight Banks (Teri). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
